Abby is responsible for accurately recording rent payments, deposit collections, and managing accounting for tenant move-ins and move-outs. She also oversees property onboarding and offboarding, ensures compliance with business license requirements, and processes security deposit refunds within legal timeframes. By closely coordinating with cross-functional teams, Abby makes sure deadlines are met and tasks are handled efficiently.
